1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiniSight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniSight is a miniature painting companion application that provides:

• Learning resources for painting techniques
• Custom color scheme cards creation and management
• Figurine project tracking with personal photo uploads
• Community sharing of projects and color schemes

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam or conduct phishing
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Upload inappropriate or off-topic content unrelated to miniature painting

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, color scheme cards, project data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content to provide the Service
• Create thumbnails and optimized versions for performance
• Display shared content publicly in the Community section when you choose to share

We will never sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.

5.1 Community Sharing & Moderation

When you share projects or color schemes with the Community:

• Shared projects with photos are subject to content review before appearing publicly
• Color schemes are published immediately as they contain structured data only
• You may unshare your content at any time, removing it from the Community view
• We reserve the right to remove or reject content that violates these terms

5.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited in shared Community content:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW imagery
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery beyond the scope of miniature painting
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to share
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Content Reporting

Users may report content they believe violates these terms. We review all reports and may take action including content removal or account suspension. False or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting account.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are subject to the following limits:

• 1 figurine project in collection (non-deletable)
• Up to 3 custom color schemes

These limits may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MiniSight and protected by intellectual property laws. The MiniSight name and logo are trademarks of MiniSight.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of any content or data
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
