  • Name (if provided via Google OAuth)
  • Profile picture (if provided via Google OAuth)

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Learning progress (concepts understood, techniques practiced)
  • Custom color scheme cards you create
  • Figurine project data (photos, labels, notes)
  • Content you choose to share with the Community

2.3 Images

Images you upload for your figurine projects or color scheme cards are stored in our cloud storage. When you share a project with the Community, the associated photos become visible to other users.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service and its features
  • Track your learning progress and achievements
  • Store your custom color schemes and figurine collection
  • Process payments for premium features
  • Send service-related communications

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • Database hosted on Vercel Postgres with encryption at rest
  • Images stored on Cloudflare R2 with secure access controls
  • All communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • Payment processing handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)

6. Content Moderation & Reports

When you share content with the Community or submit reports:

  • Shared project photos may be reviewed by our moderation team to ensure community safety
  • Content reports you submit include your user ID, the reported content reference, your stated reason, and a timestamp
  • Moderation decisions (approve/reject) and any admin notes are stored alongside content records
  • Report data is retained for the duration of your account to prevent duplicate reports and track patterns
  • If your account is deleted, your report data is also deleted

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access - Export your personal data from Settings
  • Rectification - Update your profile information
  • Erasure - Delete your account and all associated data
  • Portability - Download your data in JSON format

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

  • Personal data is deleted immediately
  • Images are permanently removed from storage
  • Anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

MiniSight is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
